  • What Packages and Themes are available?
    We want to make this the best sleepover ever! You can choose you OWN theme. We currently offer 3 packages. Please visit our "Packages" page to learn about what each package consist of.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service many areas in Greater Cincinnati. Please fill out the "Book Now" form to confirm we service your area.
  • Do I have to choose a 6 tent package?
    No we offer many different size packages. Our party of 6 is our most popular sleepover experience. Our smallest sleepover experience is catered to one. Please complete our booking form and specify how many tents you are requesting.
  • Is there an age requirment?
    We ask that all persons using rental equipment should be at least 4 years of age.
  • How much space is required per tent?
    Each tent requires minimum 6ft length & 4.5ft width. We can arrange tents in assorted configurations to make them work in any space. If you are unsure, please let us know the dimensions available and we can work through options for you.
  • How long is the set up process?
    The time required for complete setup is approximately 1.5-3 hours, but may take more or less depending on the number of tents and add-ons ordered.
  • Do I have to launder rental items after the party?
    No, we use a launder service for all linens. We also sanitize all of our tents after each use.
  • What payments are need? And, how are they processed?"
    Both signed agreement and retainer fees are required to hold the equipment for the event date. Entire balance will be due 10 days prior to the event date. Forms of Payment: We accept all major credit cards through our credit card processing company. Non-Refundable Retainer Fee: $125.00 per group of 6 tents. $30 per additional tent. This is due when rental agreement is signed. Retainer fee will be applied to the final invoice. This fee holds the time and date of your party. Damage Deposit: $125.00 per group of 6 tents. $30 per additional tent. Due 10 days prior to the event. Full or partial Damage Deposit Fees will be refunded after all items have been inspected by Xtreme Sleepover Cincinnati. If applicable, Damage Deposits are processed through our credit card processing company within 7-10 business days of pickup. We are a reservation-based company and do not reserve and/or hold dates with unpaid balances due to the high demand for party reservations.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If cancellation is within 14 days of the scheduled event, the Hiring Client agrees to forfeit 100% of the all funds. If cancellation is made over 14 days of scheduled event all payments except the retainer fee will be refunded to the Hiring Client. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an opening in our schedule. We do not offer transfer of retaining fees to different Hiring Clients. CANCELATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY Xtreme Sleepover Cincinnati will do our best to work with our customers when changes arise. You will have 3 Days to cancel your party once the retainer has been paid to receive a full refund. NO refunds will be issued after 3 days. Any changes to your party must be emailed to us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled date. You may add/reduce the number of tent setups in your party size up to 10 days prior, after this time you will NOT be able to reduce. If available, you can add additional tent setups. Reschedules can be made for any future open date that is available at no additional cost, unless there are packages changes. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Failure to pay any payment arrangements, as agreed to in the contract, will result in the forfeit of your retainer, and cancelation of the slumber party.
